Morning run 6.02 miles, road, sunny, 24 degrees
Evening run 3.15 miles, 9:12 pace, rubber track, sunny, 40 degrees
21.55 miles this week, Sunday start day

I ran six miles this morning including a half mile on the beach. Then split wood and raked the lawn all day. In the late afternoon my daughter wanted to take a run, so we hit the track for three miles. She beat me in a sprint at the end. This all made for great day!
